Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Connection Specialist to
assist patients in enrolling in their Collaborative Care
program.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily outreach to prospective patients for enrollment
Respond to inbound calls and voicemails with high customer
service
Utilize electronic medical record software for documentation of
patient interactions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in
healthcare
1+ year of call center experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Familiarity with electronic medical records software, Salesforce,
or Zendesk
Experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle operations is a
plus
