Job Description:
VEAP is seeking a Vice President of Advancement to lead their
fundraising efforts and expand philanthropic support for the
client. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to
develop a comprehensive advancement plan and implement strategies
to retain and grow support for the client. They will need to have a
passion for the client's mission and be a dynamic professional with
a strong fundraising background, able to cultivate and maintain
relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.Based
in Bloomington, MN, VEAP has been providing access to healthy
foods, financial assistance, and supportive services since 1974.
They distribute over five million pounds of food annually to over
200,000 people in Hennepin County and surrounding communities. The
Vice President of Advancement will play a key role in ensuring the
continued success and growth of the client by securing the
necessary funding and support to further their mission.
