We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our expanding team to support the design and engineering of specialized facilities. In this role, you'll deliver expertly designed facilities that meet the stringent requirements of a niche industry. Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

What the Structural Engineer Will Do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams from start to finish, on structural engineering solutions for design-build projects nationwide, with a team that is local.
Incorporate cutting-edge engineering solutions in every project, positioning the company to lead the industry today and into the future.
Adapt services to clients' evolving needs, guaranteeing each facility meets or exceeds safety, durability, and functional expectations.
Create tailored designs for facilities, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with industry standards.



Structural Engineer Background:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master's a plus).

Professional Engineer (PE) license; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure a plus. EITs will also be considered.

5-10+ years of structural engineering experience, with a focus on industrial, agricultural, or storage facility projects.

Experience in designing large-scale facilities.

Advanced proficiency in structural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis tools (e.g., RISA, SAP2000, STAAD).

Strong knowledge of materials and methods specific to storage facility construction, including concrete, steel, and foundation systems.

In-depth understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC) and best practices for industrial facilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
