Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Writer II to develop and
enhance documentation related to services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct readability assessments and review existing documentation
for structure and flow
Create new technical documentation to address identified gaps and
streamline processes
Prepare presentations to communicate changes and promote uniform
adoption of processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 2 to 5 years of related experience
or equivalent education and experience
Experience in writing, proofreading, and editing technical
documents
Familiarity with content authoring and document management
systems
Ability to produce and organize content with logical flow
Experience with Google apps such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
is preferred
