About the Job
The School of Public Health occasionally needs to hire employees on
a temporary and/or casual basis throughout the year. These
positions perform a variety of nonacademic and/or academic work
responsibilities in a temporary or casual work schedule either
limited to 67 or fewer days of work in a calendar year or no more
than 14 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Administration
Provide general reception such as welcoming guests, answering phone
calls, responding to emails etc. (50%)
Provide general administrative and clerical support for School of
Public Health faculty and/or staff which may include, copying,
scanning, typing and other operational requirements as requested.

Qualifications:
Required: Administrative work experience, education, and/or
certification requirements are based on, and cannot exceed, the
qualifications for work performed in comparable UMN job
classifications.
